United Kingdom
Inclusive Cities is a knowledge exchange program led by the Global Exchange on Migration and Diversity at the University of Oxford. It supports municipalities in the UK to facilitate the further integration and inclusion of newcomers with an eye toward greater social cohesion and prosperity for all. The program sits at the intersection of academic research, peer learning between local cities, and international learning.
The first phase of the Inclusive Cities programme was conducted with Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Liverpool, Peterborough and London. Six additional cities were added between 2019-2020, with further growth expected in the time ahead.
